Khronos Group Releases New Vulkan Extension - VK_EXT_descriptor_buffer

The new VK_EXT_descriptor_buffer extension will change how engines approach descriptors going forward. Descriptor sets are now backed by VkBuffer objects where you memcpy in descriptors.
